THE ECO BRIQUETTES are manufactured from grinded and dried biomass, which is produced as technological waste during the production of articles of massive softwood, paper, hay, plants’ stem, trees’ branches, vine cuttings, leaves’ mass and others. When necessary, the biomass is cut in small pieces up to an appropriate size and is dried in special drying installations up to 6-8%.

THE ECO BRIQUETTES of waste wood biomass, producing by company Kadi Ltd. is a product that is produced when heat pressing wood particles only from oak and beech (shavings, sawdust or bran) without additives. The production used screw presses, providing a high pressure - about 1000 atmospheres and high temperature - 300 C. In this way melts in wood and fiber particles to stick together for each other. It makes greater density and greater durability of the product.

THE ECO BRIQUETTES can be used in all kinds of stoves, fireplaces and boilers for solid fuel. They are appropriate for storage and transportation. They do not emit noxious gases, do not pollute the air and the soils. The ash can is used for manure.

The ecological properties of the product can be studied in to aspects:

- The product itself – the noxious emissions of smoke, soot and sulphur during the burning is insignificant.
- The raw material base of the production of the wood eco briquettes – 100% waste from the wood-processing and woodworking enterprises and the farming, which are not used by other productions and which undoubtedly cause injuries to the environment.

Years on end, this type of waste has been causing serious problems to the fire brigades and ecological offices since in most cases they are dumped in the rivers or are burned without taking into consideration the damages caused to the soils, waters and the air.

Due to the high degree of density of the burning product, 1 ton wood of briquettes takes approximately 1m3, which means less storage space as well as lower transport expenses.

The package with which the product is offered /polypropylene sacks of 20 kg/ allows for the provision of relative cleanness of the premises to store it.

High caloricity during slow /continuous/ burning, low percentage of waste after burning – ash /up to 5%/, i.e. easier cleaning.

The eco briquettes find application in the following fields:
• fuel for industrial and household needs – for heating of cauldrons and furnaces;
• agriculture;
• construction
• domestic heating
